All of our vacancies across all hotel and head office locations are advertised on this website. You can use the search tool on the link below to see if there's an opportunity that matches your skills and experience, and then apply online.

If there are no positions advertised in your area of interest, it means we are not currently recruiting in that area and you are more than welcome to sign up for e-mail alerts to inform you directly when a suitable position is advertised.


Once you have found a vacancy and submitted your initial application form, depending on the job you have applied for, you might be asked to do an online questionnaire as the 2nd part of your application. This will help us to better understand how well you will fit in at Jurys Inn. For some jobs we use this questionnaire to find that out, for others we will use different methods. We will then review your application and check that you meet the requirements for your chosen role.

An outcome to your initial application will normally be sent within three weeks.

The selection process

Depending on the type of role you have applied for, the selection process will consist of a combination of 2 of the following:

  • Telephone interview
  • Video interview
  • Face-to-face interview
  • Work trial

We endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your application in a prompt and efficient manner either by e-mail or telephone at all stages of the selection process and ultimately a final decision on whether we wish to offer you a position to join our team.

If you are successful, we will confirm the job offer in writing and agree a mutually convenient start date after which you will start your Belong Induction process.
